The Stranraer Show

The Stranraer Show is one of Dumfries and Galloways most popular annual events.  The show is organised and hosted by Stranraer & Rhins of Galloway Agricultural Society in order to showcase the best of local livestock, agricultural products and rural crafts.

The Show is the perfect mix of the traditional agricultural show where it’s all about the livestock, the competition and showmanship as well as having a huge variety trade stands, craft and food stalls and live entertainment to ensure a great day out for all the family.

Show Day is just around the corner and there are lots of great things planned for the big day.  The main ring entertainment will be provided by Broke FMX who promise to thrill with the latest heart stopping tricks!  Local Dog Agility Team Wigtownshire Agility Group (WAG) will be performing and The Road Runner Children's Entertainer will ensure the kids have a great day out.  There will also be live music from Stranraer Brass and The Hoolies.

Stranraer Show is delighted to be part of The Year of Food & Drink Scotland 2015 with our main marquee promising to be packed with the regions finest produce.
